Booking Your Service:

  • All appointments require a confirmed date and time.
     

  • A deposit or full payment may be required depending on the service.
     

  • Please provide accurate property details when booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or to reschedule.
     

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee (up to 50% of your scheduled service price).
     

  • No-shows will be charged the full price of the service.
     

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may include an additional fee.

Weather & Safety:

  • Services may be rescheduled due to rain, storms, or other unsafe working conditions.
     

  • We’ll notify you promptly if a reschedule is necessary.

Day-of-Service Reminders:

​

  • Please ensure clear access to all areas being cleaned.
     

  • Remove any furniture, personal items, or decorations from the work area.
     

  • Keep pets secured and away from the service zone.
     

  • Let us know ahead of time if there are any special concerns or sensitive areas on your property.
